Your data, your rights

Demond is fully compliant with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Last updated: February 2026.

Our commitment to GDPR

Demond Technologies Ltd. ("we", "us") acts as the data controller for personal data you provide when using our platform. For data you store about your own customers or clients, you are the data controller and we act as a data processor.

We are headquartered in Ireland and are subject to GDPR as enacted by the Irish Data Protection Act 2018. Our lawful basis for processing your data is: contractual necessity (to provide the Service), legitimate interest (to improve the platform and prevent fraud), and consent (for optional marketing communications).

Your rights under GDPR

Right of Access

You can request a copy of all personal data we hold about you at any time.

Right to Rectification

If any data we hold is inaccurate or incomplete, you can request that we correct it.

Right to Erasure

You can request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten") unless we are legally required to retain it.

Right to Portability

You can request an export of your data in a structured, machine-readable format (JSON or CSV).

Right to Restrict Processing

You can request that we limit how we use your data in certain circumstances.

Right to Object

You can object to processing of your data for direct marketing or legitimate interest purposes.

Data transfers

Your data is stored on Supabase infrastructure within the EU (Ireland region). Any transfers to third-party sub-processors (e.g. OpenAI for AI features) are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) in accordance with GDPR Chapter V.

If you are using Demond on behalf of a business and need a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) for GDPR compliance, you can request one from us.
