Terms of Service

By accessing or using Demond ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users, including free, trial, Pro, and Enterprise accounts.

You may use the Service only in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws. You agree not to:

- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose - Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service - Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service - Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code - Resell, sublicense, or distribute the Service without permission

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

Each license entitles a single named user or the number of seats specified in your subscription plan.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Prices are listed in EUR and are exclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

Refunds are not issued for partial months. Annual subscriptions may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if no substantial usage has occurred.

Demond and its associated logos, UI, and underlying technology are the intellectual property of Demond Technologies Ltd. You retain ownership of all content you create and upload to the platform.

By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process it for the purpose of providing the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Demond shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dublin, Ireland, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
